President Trump tweeted again today after the firing of Andrew McCabe, this time reiterating his “drain the swamp” mantra.

The President, who last night celebrated McCabe’s firing as “a great day for Democracy,” once again touted the House Intel Committee Republican majority’s conclusions on their Russia probe:

Trump tweeted multiple times about McCabe last year––something McCabe made a point of bringing up in his statement last night. He has already lawyered up and the presidential tweets may end up playing a significant role in this case.
