Family Research Council Backs Akin
Source: BuzzFeed
TAMPA, Florida Tony Perkins, the president of the conservative Family Research Council, stood by embattled Missouri Rep. Todd Akin a day after he claimed that "legitimate rape" doesn't result in pregnancies, sparking a national furor.
"We support him fully and completely," said FRC Action PAC president Connie Mackey.

"For other Republicans, I have not seen Scott Browns statement, but he should be careful because based on some of his statements there may be some call for him to get out of his race," Perkins added.
Asked what he was referring to, Perkins said that Brown has been "off the reservation on a number of Republican issues, conservative issues."

Perkins added that Scott Brown has "very shallow" support among conservatives.
I hope the FRC support will help convince Akin to stay in the race, because at this poiint I don't think he has any chance against McCaskill.
And the longer Akin stays in, the more we can link him to Ryan.

(8,064 posts)and link the family research council (a proven hate group) with Akins, who is linked to Ryan, who is linked to Romney. Wow, this is easy!
