President Trump said Thursday he will push for comprehensive background checks with an emphasis on mental health on gun sales, saying that the age of purchasers should be raised to 21 and bump stocks should be banned.

Trump on Tuesday directed the Justice Department to put forward regulations to ban bump stocks, a device used to increase a semi-automatic rifles rate of fire.
Lawmakers and activists are pushing for gun control after 17 people were killed at a school shooting in South Florida last week. The suspect in the shooting allegedly used a legally purchased AR-15 to carry out the attack, placing the rifle in the center of the debate.

as far as the ages of the mass murderers go, they weren't all under 21 by any means. wasn't the killer in Vegas over 50?

Other than shooting into a crowd they are almost impossible to aim at a single target
because of the wobble they cause in the gun itself.
On the other hand , look up binary triggers.
1 shot when you press the trigger and another when you release it.
And ... they are accurate.
They need to do MORE.
