Piers Morgan accuses Omarosa of offering him sex to win 'Celebrity Apprentice'

Source: The Hill

British journalist Piers Morgan said Tuesday that former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman offered to sleep with him in order to win the season of "The Celebrity Apprentice" on which they both appeared.

In an op-ed for the Daily Mail, Morgan, who in the past has supported President Trump's White House, questioned why a "relentlessly loathsome" person such as Manigault-Newman was offered a job in the administration.

— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) February 13, 2018
"I’ve met a lot of vile human beings in my life, from dictators and terrorists to sex abusers and wicked conmen. But I’ve never met anyone quite so relentlessly loathsome as Omarosa; a vicious, duplicitous, lying, conniving, backstabbing piece of work," Morgan wrote.

Starring, of course, 45* who cares more about ratings and attendance numbers than helping the American people.

And if there's anything to these allegations one has to wonder if the same kind of 'offer' got her the job in the White House. (I have mixed feelings saying that, I normally don't believe accusations like these until some sort of substantial proof comes out, but in this case I have to wonder).

I watched the Apprentice the first year it was on. And like most people I believed it was a real contest, and I thought anybody had a chance to be the final winner, depending on their "winning" behavior. Well that was all a crock of shit, and it became evident about two-thirds of the way through the series, they knew from the get-go who was going to win. I don't believe Trump himself chose the winner, I believe he was chosen by the show runners. But my point is, Omarosa and the other contestents didn't even realize it until they were "fired," they all thought they had an equal chance.

Maybe she did think it would make a difference if she slept with Morgan, but of course it wouldn't have mattered a bit. After that first season I never watched that trashy show again.

She'd worked in the Clinton White House too. There were several snide eye rolls and facial gestures about that.

You are right. It was all a scam and few of the "winners" worked for him past a year. Mostly it was a way for people to get publicity before they launched into some other act in entertainment. The celebrity ones were likewise just PR.

In the second season Ivanka started showing up. My wife and I were like "Why is SHE on this?" THEN Jr showed up. We actually laughed out loud the first time. His dumbass blank expression was too much. His role, like Ivanka's, was to basically say "Dad's right" but she knew how to say it indirectly while Jr. literally said "Right Dad" looking at him and nodding. Clearly an empty suit.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the people in The Big Brother House are cut off from the outside world and aren't able to get news. Piers Morgan knows this and knows she can't respond.

Regardless of how one feels about Omarosa, this attack is unseemly and loathsome. A decent man would not say this in an interview.

Piers Morgan is very good friends with Trump. I would not have a doubt that this attack on Omarosa was coordinated between Morgan and Trump.

Piers Morgan is not a credible source. His claims should not be taken at face value. Morgan is a tabloid journalist and a sexist jerk. Go look at his appearances as a judge on Britain's's Got Talent. He was often an asshole towards women.

Reality consists of all the things that happen to you between the time you get up and the time you go to sleep. If you really need an escape from the horror of the day, read a good book, watch a good movie, or engage in a hobby that is fun to you.

Piers was praising Trump left and right. And himself of course for predicting Trumps win.

As Trump's star falls, deplorables like Piers and Omarosa will desparately try and jump onto a raft stamped with "I had no idea...."
I can already see a white washing and a clean slate given for the Republicans that stepped forward even before the election like Frum and others. Those who began the disintegration of the country serving Bush Jr. and the Tea Baggers that clung to him. They do not deserve a second chance, but they will be given one.
But there must be a line drawn somewhere. I saw a sickening but brilliant acting job from a Big Brother clip of Omarosa pretending to be so regretful of her support for Trump in order to gain sympathy and gain an advantage in that game. Omarosa is a psychopath that was a pure fan of a master psycho like Donald. But Piers is simply a rich arrogant twit that saw an opportunity if he could manage to lick Trumps shoes enough, he'd get something out of it.

More and more of these celebrities that endorsed Trump already starting to work on their redemption arcs. I say fuck em!
