GOP consultant: Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro should have gone to prison for tax fraud

A Republican strategist said Fox News commentator “Judge” Jeanine Pirro should have joined her husband in prison.

Political consultant Cheri Jacobus bashed the former elected judge of the Westchester (New York) County Court, whose then-husband was convicted of income tax fraud in 2000.

Pirro appears regularly on Fox News, where she defends President Donald Trump and attacks Hillary Clinton and the president’s other political enemies as criminals.

But Jacobus suggested the former judge and district attorney had broken the law by plotting with former city Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik how to secretly record her husband to see if he was cheating.

10. I have to get past that marriage thing first. I guess that proves there's always a lid for every pot.

She had also served a few terms as District Attorney in the same county.

rabble rouser when she called for an uprising against our government to stop the investigation. Just one of her behaviors on Fox that reveal shockingly bad, unprincipled character.

My guess is that, if Ailes and Hannity (and Mercer-less Bannon?) do create that ultra-right network they want to put Fox out of business with, she'll go with them.

I don't know much about her husband, but if he's in a federal pen, I'd say she's applied more than enough butter to the president to gain him immediate exoneration as well. If he's in jail, it's because she wants him there, and if she were my wife I'd want to stay.

If being a disgusting immoral foul human being was criminal she'd likely be facing life in prison.
