(51,611 posts)This is unbelievable. Kushner and helping Russian spies, Russian Mafia controlling global media and money with The Moron, purge of Russians (spies) after existence of dossier announced, fake prez wouldn't have won if this info was known, etc. Why did Nunes and GOP House Intel vote to release this? Mueller will need a few years to sort this out since it goes back to the 90s and is incredibly complex and far reaching.

(23,322 posts)regardless. The MSM would still have focused on HRC emails to secure their ratings. Once again, Glenn Simpson shows us that the majority of this information was public record and easily uncovered. Simpson's wheelhouse of expertise is public documents. The MSM could have found the same info with a little digging and reported it IF any of them had been remotely interested in doing their jobs which they weren't.

(11,564 posts)As the circles of acquaintance and conspiracy grow wider, the growth in the number of potential avenues may be exponential, and that would be more and more true, the farther back they look.
At some point, Mueller might decide that "We have more than enough for convictions totaling 2000 years of prison time. Let's move on to that phase now."
From what I hear about his integrity and rectitude, I doubt VERY much that he would play political angles...unless he had extremely good reason to believe that a lot of the investigation would be swept away. He *might* decide to see which way the wind is blowing when he's ready to move forward.

(7,188 posts)Simpson confirms that, after working for GOP figures for 7 to 9 months, he only engaged Steele for 30 days with the money from Perkins Coie (DNC).
Fusion's major leads were developed when it was being paid by conservatives;
Perkins Cole provided money for them to follow those leads further than they already had.
That includes Steele's workwhich was built off Felix Sater leads paid for by Free Beacon money.
