Trump touts release of final GOP tax plan: A 'great gift' for middle class

Source: The Hill

BY MAX GREENWOOD - 12/16/17 01:21 PM EST

on Saturday touted the release of Republicans' final tax bill, saying that it will be "one of the great gifts" for the middle class.

"The Democrats have their soundbite, the standard soundbite before they even know what the bill is all about. They talk about 'for the wealthy,'" he continued.

"But this is going to be one of the great gifts for the middle income people of this country that they've ever gotten for Christmas."

$4000. Trump has said that many times. He and his followers don't understand the difference between the average tax cut and the tax cut to the average person.
