Real men call out cowards like Trump. His behavior is repulsive on so many levels, it's like a prismatic nightmare. Men and women, people of all colors and persuasions, people in every walk of life, should unite against this monster. Women, you aren't alone, even if it seems every other man is an idiot (or a monster). I think the jerks of every human group is in the minority.

Preferably more, but I'll take a Susan Collins or Lisa Murkowski.

The above subject encapsulates my frustration perfectly. We condemn Trump, use slogans, and create internet campaigns, but is anyone in government really doing anything to punish his behavior? Where are our leaders to push back - not just on the internet, but in real life?

When we call for his impeachment, we get lectured on how Trump is the President now and we need to respect that, or how now is not the time to talk about impeachment. Some mystical “perfect time” to oppose Trump’s constant humiliation and neutering of our nation is expected in the future, when now is as good as any time.

It seems like our leaders are sitting on their butts and watching passively as Trump guts our institutions. They’ll say, “Oh, that’s terrible,” blast Trump on Twitter, and then leave it at that. Surely there’s more that can be done.

The first step could be (trying to) officially condemn Trump at every corner when he acts like this. Get together, and release official statements. Try to reach as many people as possible through as many mediums as possible. Be loud, rude, fervent, and break the mold! Twitter by itself is not good enough!

Second, why is there no mainstream Democratic support for Trump’s impeachment? We should be demanding he step down every day. Why are we treating him like a normal President when he’s proven himself to be nothing more than an embarrassment, con-artist, and fraud? He’s a mentally unstable criminal who has committed several impeachable offenses, including treasonous collusion with a foreign rival.

Third, why are Democrats treating Mueller like some mythical super hero instead of doing their best to investigate / force accountability on Trump? Every time he opens his mouth, it’s another opportunity to take him down. We’re letting windows of opportunity slip by in the name of decorum, or worse, because of spinelessness and complacency.

I have nothing against Warren, and I commend her for tweeting, but I also have a lingering sense of frustration that we’re supposedly “powerless” against Trump. It’s time for Democrats to fight back in all venues - not just Twitter.

Ms. Warren's the only Dem to make any noise about Trump's trampling of common decency. Where the HELL is the Norman Demonacle choir we ought to be hearing - singing loud and clear about the "entitlements" we're having stolen from us??? If I think real hard, I might be able to name a half dozen Dems that have been loudly vocal about the swindle that's been perpetrated in recent years? But a sextet can hardly match the din of an inspired choir.

Say what you will about Weiner, Edwards, Roosevelt, Kennedy, Kennedy and others who had illicit dalliances in their PRIVATE SEX LIVES! They spoke with fiery passion against those who would bottle up our freedoms.

Are we to assume that every Democratic law-maker has ONLY protected sex - has a staunch monogamous relationship and copulates using ONLY the missionary position? Yet now...... we're quick to run Franken out on a rail. I like to remind folks that the last perfect person ended up nailed to a cross at age 33! The folks I've named above were genuine FIREBRANDS for the common man. But because they weren't SQUEAKY CLEAN with every breath they took, we've thrown the more contemporary of them right under the bus. Infidelity is EVERYWHERE and has been since Ork, the caveman, took a wife. Like I said, the last PERFECT PERSON was nailed to a cross because of their "perfectness". Maybe being perfect all the time is not such a great strategic pursuit after all. How 'bout we demand (or recruit) Reps that don't speak meekly and with a tone of PC that makes one gag. Describing Trump & company as reprehensible is admirable usage for English class - but saying Treasonous Trump is a Jerk is gonna ring with a large swath of common folk. What's that old line about fighting fire with fire?

His purpose is vindictive, but the result is to make the person famous and more popular among Trump's opposition...and even some Republicans.

It doesn't really seem to apply here. But lot of people don't seem to get what that actually means.
