Trump watches up to eight hours of TV per day: report

Source: The Hill

President Trump spends at least four hours a day watching television, according to a new report.

People close to Trump tell The New York Times that Trump spends at least that much time in front of a TV each day, and sometimes spends as many as eight hours watching TV.

The Times reports that Trump begins each day around 5:30 a.m. by turning on CNN before quickly flipping to Fox News’ Fox & Friends. He occasionally watches MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” because it works him up, Trump’s friends tell The Times.

Trump’s favorite programs include Fox & Friends as well as Fox News primetime shows from Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and Jeanine Pirro. Trump sometimes “hate-watches” CNN host Don Lemon, according to the report.

"We keep marrying other species and other ethnics"
Though former co-host Gretchen Carlson struggled mightily to stop him, Kilmeade said the reason that married people in Finland and Sweden aren't as likely to suffer from Alzheimer's is because Americans "keep marrying other species and ethnics. Swedes have pure genes, because they marry other Swedes. Finns marry other Finns, so they have a pure society. In America, we marry everybody -- we marry Italians and Irish.

a great many retirees work long hours in volunteer, charity, or civic projects. they travel, exercise, and stay active. Many work multiple part time jobs because they can't pay their bills.

Trump isn't retired. He is a leach. A welfare queen of the highest order. In fact, when entitlement reform comes around, they will belittle people who work harder than trump!

45 just doesn't have the attention span to do anything for eight hours. Then I read this article that said he flips around and another that says he mutes it on occasion, which makes it much more believable.

"SAD" isn't it, his obsession with all things related to himself.

I agree on your assessment of Little Donnie Two Scoops. Glancing at chyrons, or watching for an image of himself isn't really watching in my book.

He'll be monitoring TV this afternoon. It's in the low 60s, rain showers, and windy in West Palm Beach this afternoon. Not golfing weather. It's tough being pResident!

He's no different than any other Fox News watcher. He watches 8+ hours of propaganda, not TV. The TV remains on 20 hours a day whether someone is watching it or not, the messages get drilled into the listener's head subliminally.

If he was just watching TV for that many hours, he'd still be somewhat normal in the head.

Yes, sitting too long can kill you, even if you exercise
By Susan Scutti, CNN
Updated 3:57 PM ET, Tue September 12, 2017

(CNN)Take a movement break every 30 minutes, say experts. No matter how much you exercise, sitting for excessively long periods of time is a risk factor for early death, a new study published Monday in Annals of Internal Medicine found.
There's a direct relationship between time spent sitting and your risk of early mortality of any cause, researchers said, based on a study of nearly 8,000 adults. As your total sitting time increases, so does your risk of an early death.
The positive news: People who sat for less than 30 minutes at a time had the lowest risk of early death.
