Source: The Hill

BY JOHN BOWDEN - 12/02/17 05:19 PM EST

President Trump's unwillingness to be slowed down by his own team was highlighted at a campaign stop last year when the then-candidate left behind his aide, Sam Nunberg, at a McDonald's according to a new book about the Trump campaign obtained by The Washington Post.

The book, "Let Trump Be Trump," is co-authored by former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski and deputy campaign manager David Bossie. In it, the two detail a time Trump ordered Nunberg to be left behind at the fast food restaurant because Nunberg's custom burger was taking too long.

“Leave him,” Trump reportedly said. “Let’s go.”

Trump was a voracious consumer of fast food during the campaign, with restaurants such as McDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken topping the president's list.

that when he was married to Marla Maples he left her on the tarmac when she was a little late getting to the airport for a trip to Florida. He sure is a cruel creep.

That ended with this creep. He is a horrible, nasty, awful human being. I don't care what his title or political affiliations are.

of laughing at this kind of stuff for a few minutes while still focusing on his ties to the Russians and what he's up to with the tax bill. Not sure what your implication is with "going with". It's merely an aside.

Written in 1992,the book did not give a positive impression of him and said Marjorie merriweather Post would be rolling over in her grave if she knew Twitler lived in her home. Palm beach snobs thought Twitler and Ivana were low class and trash. Another except said he was boorish and stupid.
