The defense attorney for a Russian man whose extradition to the United States has been supported by a Prague appeals court says he has not given up and will take steps to possibly reverse the ruling.
Prague's High Court on Friday upheld a lower court ruling that allowed the extradition of Yevgeniy Nikulin.
He is accused by U.S. prosecutors of breaking into computers at Silicon Valley firms including LinkedIn and Dropbox in 2012.
Lawyer Martin Sadilek says he is surprised and disappointed by the verdict and is planning to file a complaint at the Constitutional Court and another one against Judge Karel Semik, who he claims was biased.

Nikulin has claimed in a letter after his arrest that the FBI was questioning him about the DNC hacking -- that this isn't just about the alleged Silicon Valley hacking.
Immediately after the US filed to extradite him, Russia filed to extradite him based on a minor crime in Russia. Nikulin is fighting the extradition to the US but not the one to Russia.
