House: Roger Stone 'complied' with House investigators on identity of Wikileaks contact

Former Trump campaign adviser Roger Stone has reportedly complied with a request from lawmakers leading the Russia investigation to turn over the identity of his go-between to WikiLeaks.

Stone's attorney Grant Smith told CNN that the longtime friend of the president responded to the request from the House Intelligence Committee.

"Mr. Stone has complied with the committee's requests. No further statement will be issued," said Smith, declining to provide any further information.

In a hearing with the House committee, Stone answered questions regarding Russian interference in the 2016 election, but would not provide investigators with the name of an intermediary contact to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
