Jill Stein takes shot at 'Clintonites' after report of Russian Facebook ad

Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Wednesday took aim at former Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton supporters following a report saying Russia purchased an ad on Facebook for Stein during the 2016 election.

“Clintonites now trying to convince themselves that a corny Facebook ad is the reason their candidate with a 30% approval rating lost,” Stein wrote on Twitter.

The report Stein was referencing, published Tuesday evening in Politico, said there is no evidence that Stein knew about the ad.

“Choose peace and vote for Jill Stein,” the Facebook ad read. “Trust me. It’s not a wasted vote. … The only way to take our country back is to stop voting for the corporations and banks that own us. #GrowaSpineVoteJillStein.”

How can reasonable and honest people think that Jill Stein lost the election for Hillary Clinton? Stein was around for many years before the last election, always touting a reasonable, workable solution to the problems in the country and the world. I never voted for her but I thought she was doing a very good job educating people about the ISSUES that are paramount.
POLITICS IS NOT JUST A BEAUTY CONTEST. IT IS OR SHOULD BE ABOUT I.S.S.U.E.S. Hillary could have made a great president in my opinion had she gotten the chance. There are many reasons she (supposedly) lost, the most important of which IMHO is that the electorate was so shrunken by voter suppression and the vote was counted fraudulently on machines trivially easy to hack or rig.
Why not post or rant about the REAL reasons she lost and work like crazy to remedy these systemic problems. Rant about HAND-COUNTED PAPER BALLOTS, which are essential to any democracy. Rant about VOTER SUPPRESSION. If the vote had been recorded on paper and hand-counted, I think Hillary would have taken several of the northern states which supposedly went for Trump and easily won the election.
