Toys"R"Us taps law firm to weigh restructuring options: source

This is a case I know much about. Bain Capital makes a lot of its money by bad faith dealings; and has benefited from racketeering. It was only a matter of time before Toys R Us went bankrupt (after we got help to stop another {likely rip off IPO})

SEE NY Times "Rigging I.P.O. Game"

Then....see that a few weeks later, Bain Capital had to quit the pursuit of Toys R Us... I.P.O.

Most are unaware that Kay Bee and eToys were in bankruptcy, multiple times and wound back at Bain Cap., under Toys R Us.

Great business to stiff your creditors over and over again. Taking out profits before the bankruptcy and during too.

Then ...rinse lather repeat .. Racketeering.

Illegal...but no one is going to arrest Romney; because it is great business.

They form "unofficial" gangs of racketeer as "associations in fact" (enterprise).

That's why the RICO Act stipulates you can't sue a company.

Didn't read through all the comments before I posted. Not used to seeing the original poster also be the first commenter.

Apologies.

In racketeering, since 1997..

Stage Stores, Mattel, Kay Bee, Fingerhut, eToys and more; and most didn't believe, because of how much we allege.

But facts are facts

Greed and Debt story. Rolling Stone refused to allow Taibbi to tell the eToys part that ties it all into racketeering.

Like the fact that Michael Glazer (CEO of Kay Bee) was also a Director at Romney's Stage Stores (actually, Glazer is now CEO of Stage).

If you can steal with impunity...you still bigger, faster and from as many as you can.
