President Trump lashed out at Democrats on Friday and blamed them for delays in security measures for the U.S. in the wake of the terror attack in Barcelona on Thursday.

"The Obstructionist Democrats make Security for our country very difficult. They use the courts and associated delay at all times. Must stop!" the president tweeted.

The president went on to emphasize the importance of combatting radical Islamic terrorism in a separate tweet.
