Judge Glen Conrad has granted an injunction that allows the Unite the Right rally to be held at Emancipation Park, as originally planned.
ACLU of Virginia Executive Director Claire Gastaaga said in a statement that the organization was glad that the judge recognized that the First Amendment applies equally to everyone.

With the small area around that park and the small distance to the opposing rallies it is going to be difficult to maintain that separation. Out of town people on both sides are arriving.
There already have been reports of friction between armed alt-righters and the locals.
It has been reported that it will be the largest deployment of State police in 30 years.
