June 28, 2017 - U.S. Voters Reject GOP Health Plan More Than 3-1, Quinnipiac University National Poll Finds; Voters Support Gun Background Checks 94 - 5 Percent

Despite its new name and some tweaks, American voters disapprove 58 - 16 percent of the Republican health care plan to replace Obamacare, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today.

Disapproval of various versions of the Republican health care plan ranges from 56 - 21 percent to 62 - 17 percent in surveys by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University conducted since March. On March 24, the House of Representatives cancelled a vote on its first health care bill after a Quinnipiac University poll showed voters disapproved 56 - 17 percent.

In today's survey, Republican approval is 37 - 23 percent, with overwhelming opposition among every other listed party, gender, education, age or racial group.

saying is
"We have spent decades helping you to get into office and funneling money in varies ways into your campaign slush funds so you had better come through on your part of the deal for us and give us those tax breaks or else we might have to break something else like your legs".

He was telling all of his listeners how important it was to get this thing passed right now and that they can make tweaks later.

I think the longer it stays out there, the more right wing media will push how it should be passed. And from the Republicans that I've talked to, they haven't even read the bill, they are just going on what their pundits say is in it....
