The State Department plans to cut 2,300 U.S. diplomats and civil servants -- about 9 percent of the Americans in its workforce worldwide -- as Secretary of State Rex Tillerson presses ahead with his task of slashing the agencys budget, according to people familiar with the matter.

(10,252 posts)They only care about acquiring money by any means possible. They see people as either profit or cost centers. If you're not putting money in their pockets, then you must be a cost center. And cost centers need to be cut - deeply cut. And who needs a diplomacy, when you're a war monger, for whom war is glorious?

These assholes want war with someone. Anyone will do. Just you watch and see.
