Eric Trump Tells British Reporter: 'Nepotism Is A Beautiful Thing'

I would claim this as stupid statement of the day, but you know, his dad is on the Twitter this morning.
..................
The younger Mr Trump recently faced a barrage of criticism for arguing that nepotism was a “factor of life” but, instead of retracting this assessment, he goes further by arguing it was completely logical for his father to appoint him to look after the family’s business interests.

“You trust the people who are closest to you. Who is he going to trust most to run a company? He is going to trust somebody who he trusts implicitly,” he says.

“He knows I care about the family. He knows I care about the brand. He knows I deeply care about the properties, our amazing teams. And he knows I’m going to do everything I can humanly possible to take care of that. Is that nepotism? Absolutely. Is that also a beautiful thing? Absolutely. Family business is a beautiful thing. The same applies for Ivanka. Ivanka is by his side in Washington.”

5. To the executive suite born. Can't help but think of all those poor souls who have no choice but to put up with their employer's idiot offspring.

After all, as long as he and the other dump spawn are benefiting, that's all he cares about.

The American people? Our democracy? The public and common good? Naw. He prefers banana republic.

I generally don't judge people by their looks, but there is something about Trump's 2 oldest boys that is just creepy.

it's the slicked hair. It's somewhat out of date, added to the fact that you have to be pretty good-looking to pull it off and not look like a hood from Jersey. Michael Douglas in his best years, yes. Trumpy1 and Trumpy2, no.

13. I don't know. My dad wore his hair slicked back like that, but I always thought he was handsome.

With the Trump duo it's more of the look in their eyes that gets to me. It's like there's a level of cruelty there that they just can't quite hide with a smile. The mouth is smiling, but the eyes are not. It's probably just me.
