Romneys infamous binders full of women surfaces
Source: NY Daily News
Finally, there's an answer to the 2012 elections most perplexing three-ring mystery.
Mitt Romneys much-mocked binders full of women soundbite delivered during a presidential debate as the ex-Massachusetts governor tried to tout his efforts to hire females has resurfaced in the form of actual, physical binders.
The two binders, weighing a cumulative 15 pounds and 6 ounces, came to the Boston Globe via an anonymous former Romney aide. They contain almost 200 rsums and cover letters, the paper reported Tuesday.
Romneys October 2012 quip set the internet ablaze, spawning Photoshopped memes and even a jab from his opponent, former President Barack Obama.

Romney is (purportedly) considering to run for Senator (again); and UTAH Senator Hatch is on the record stating he will step asise, if Mitt is going to run.
Thus "womens binder" release, appears to be a move to quash a negative about Mitt.

(5,801 posts)Although if he's a senator from Utah the damage will be limited (they would elect someone of his ilk if not him).
But, just for the record:

(4,007 posts)Rmoney has always struck me as a social misfit, unknowing in the ways of the world, insulated likely by his Mormon faith from a lot of norms, behaviors, ideas and such of most Americans. This trait, not a good one for sure, would have served him poorly outside of the business world. Maybe "social dunce" or an "inept world-view" best describes him.

(16,113 posts)The whole "scandal" was in the way he phrased it. The actual binders with a bunch of resume in it are really irrelevant.

(14,627 posts)that the blockhead Romney, with his binder full of women, would be president. Good times, good times.
