Clinton: Deeply concerned about Russian election role

Source: AP

NEW YORK — Hillary Clinton said she is “deeply concerned” about allegations of Russian meddling in last year’s presidential election and says there needs to be an independent, nonpartisan investigation to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Speaking Thursday in New York at a summit on women’s issues, Clinton said Russian involvement was meant to sow “distrust and confusion.”

“I think what was done to us was an act of aggression and it was carried out by a foreign power under the control of someone who has a deep desire to dominate Europe and send us into a tailspin,” she said, referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Clinton called on Congress to put party squabbles aside and look into it. Otherwise, she said, “They will be back.”

2. As long as the Repugnants think Russian influence will help them win elections they will block

any real investigation into it as the Russians are doing what the Repugnants themselves tried in the past to with Watergate but got caught at so in essence they are offshoring their spying on political parties to a foreign power with more experience.

8. She would have to commit

a crime first. She hasn't done that, no matter how much Hillary smearers from the right - and the left - tried their best to make it seem as if she had.

Those who shout "lock her up" the loudest are on pretty thin ice themselves.

10. Voting in 2018 and 2020 .....

Is extremely concerning to me because as many have said, the ruskies have never gone away because they have a huge stake in keeping their puppet or whatever GOP fool in as president, and they are continuing to sew the seeds of mistrust amongst Dems. Also, the GOP of course is not to be trusted, and I really don't trust a tRumputin DOJ to investigate ANY voting irregularities, voter suppression, voter hacking or crosschecking which WILL occur during our next round of elections which might be reported by the Dems. beauregard really wants to make sure Dems cannot vote. The GOP will be on some strong voter disenfranchisement "stuff." How in hell do we vote them/tRumputin out if we can't vote or if our votes aren't counted properly? Hell, I don't trust the GOP to impeach tRumputin as far as I could throw a truck. They need their useful idiot in there so so they can destroy this country, and if the GOP and the presidency stay in right-winged hands into and past 2020, we'll be in a mess we may never get out of. I seriously mean that, as all of the levers of government will be tilted right for damn ever.

HRC is so governed by reason and controlled emotion. Her outrage never
reaches the boiling point, she struggles with that. Thus she was viewed as
strident on the campaign trail, raspy overworked throatiness that irritated many.
She needed to find her outrage and anger and let it rip to breach the bubble
of credibility that the MSM threw around her.

To many, Trump had that raw edge. SAD!

but as far as i know, none of them have made any very strong statements about the machines themselves. i'm sorry, i am not trusting soul; i want to see all paper ballots, hand-counted, all the time. it was done for centuries, and it can be done again.
