Obama cancels Rollins College rally in light of Colorado shooting

Source: Baynews9

President Barack Obama has cancelled a visit to Central Florida planned for Friday in light of the deadly mass shooting in Colorado, where at least 12 people were killed and 50 others were injured.
The president had planned to address supporters at a grassroots event at Rollins College.

But the Obama campaign issued the following release Friday morning:

I sleep with the TV on all night so I opened one eye and saw the coverage at 3 AM. Right now on MSNBC they are saying 12 dead, 38 hurt. I applaud my (our) President for taking a time-out.

and has canceled his appearances/interviews.

I do not apologize for saying this. Limpball's total mouthful of hate talk about the Batman movie I truly believe caused this person to take action in his sick ugly way spawned by hate radio and hate fake news.

Yes - Limbaugh's comments were stupid, short-sighted and way out of line, but violent? Really?

AS HE SHOULD.

Where's Rmoney on this?

The shooting site is 5 miles from my house, just straight up on Alameda Ave, and it's scary!

they should stay out of it.

With their positions and the circumstances any involvement (short of a small sympathetic speech) will come across as over politicization of this tragedy.
