Egypt praised on Tuesday U.S President Donald Trump’s criticism of Westernmedia for what he said was their limited coverage of some militant attacks around the world, a statement from the Foreign Ministry said.

“The Foreign Ministry hailed the U.S. administration stance in this regard, referring to Egypt’s repeated calls upon the international community to adopt a comprehensive, coordinated and non-selective strategy to combat terrorism at all levels; security, political, cultural, media and others,” the statement said.

Trump said NO coverage by the Press and that it was deliberate.

Just because they later walked back the lie doesn't change what the idiot actually said. And, mind you, they walked back the lie with another lie. The stories were covered. Just because the stories didn't get 24/7 coverage doesn't mean they weren't covered.


What Trump wants is for the Press to push "Terror! Terror! Terror!' (minus the Bush shopping unless it is to buy a Trump product) every second of the day. To scare the people to the point that Mister "I alone can fix it" is their lord and savior.
