George Zimmerman asks for new judge again

Source: Google News

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — The ex-neighborhood watch volunteer charged with killing Trayvon Martin is again asking for a new judge.

George Zimmerman filed a motion Friday asking that Circuit Judge Ken Lester be disqualified from the case.

Zimmerman says Lester's comments in a bond order led him to believe Lester is prejudiced against him. The judge said in the order that Zimmerman and his wife misled him about their finances.

Zimmerman also says he can't get a fair trial with Lester presiding over the case.

Perhaps, if you didn't lie about the bail and your finances, you wouldn't need to be worried about the judge.

give rise to an inference of prejudice. Sorry Georgie-porgie. You will have to come up with something better than that for the judge to be removed.

Does he not think that even a new judge would review the docket, the previous judge's findings and rulings not to mention that this information is widely known?

To this day, I still don't understand the media's infatuation with "watch captain" when referring to this guy. Now he is an "ex-neighborhood watch volunteer?" I must have missed the memo on the deranking of this asshole.

7. Such neighborhood watch volunteers are, of course, otherwise properly called vigilantes:

vigilante, n.
a private individual (or (pl.) group of individuals) who undertakes law enforcement without legal authority.
a member of a volunteer committee organized to suppress and punish crime summarily (as when the processes of law are viewed as inadequate);
broadly : a self-appointed doer of justice

But not by the MSM.

I am trying to figure out if they are trying to villainize him, or hold him up as a hero. They should just call him what he is, as you just did.

seriously, you lie to the court and then try to blame the judge? I thought that giving him another opportunity for a bond after that was more than fair

If anything, the official FBI investigation so far debunks that nonsense.

18. So, you think we'd be discussing this if Martin had been white?

Nothing would have happened. Zimmerman would have driven by and tipped his hat at most.

Race has a lot to do with it. Maybe they can't tie Zimmerman to the KKK or anything, but race definitely caused Zimmie to become "suspicious" of the young man doing nothing wrong.
