Clinton video ties Trump to conspiracy theorist Alex Jones

Hillary Clinton’s campaign attacked Donald Trump for his ties to conspiracy theorist Alex Jones in a new video released Sunday.

The spot puts together a clip of Trump appearing on Jones’s show, hosted by his website “Infowars,” saying, “I will not let you down. You will be very, very impressed, I hope, and I think we’ll be speaking a lot.”

It's followed by a series of clips of Jones saying that the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax, 9/11 was an inside job and that Clinton is a “freaking demon” who smells like sulfur.

Very effective campaign video. Especially since the video shows Jones floating the crazy theory, before the first debate, that Hillary will be on drugs for the debates --which Trump has been talking about so much lately -- and since it ends with Jones gloating over how "surreal" and "amazing" it is to hear his ideas echoed by Trump within days.
