BUSTED: CNN’s Corey Lewandowski tried to hide his face Saturday as he stepped off Trump plane

Source: RawStory

CNN political commentator Corey Lewandowski tried to hide his face from the media when he stepped off Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s plane in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday.

Politico’s Ben Schreckinger tweeted Saturday afternoon, “Lewandowski just got off Trump’s plane with a hood pulled down way over his face.”

Lewandowski just got off Trump's plane with a hood pulled down way over his face

3:17 PM - 15 Oct 2016

Weather.com reported that Saturday afternoon temperatures in Newark were in the low 70s, so presumably Lewandowski was not shielding his face from the cold.

NBC political reporter Sopan Deb confirmed that Lewandowski has been traveling with Trump’s campaign this weekend. Normally media personnel do not travel with Trump and his advisors. The CNN correspondent has faced conflict of interest questions since he left the Trump campaign and started at CNN. FEC records confirmed in August that Lewandowski was double-dipping by continuing to take funds from Trump while pulling down a paycheck at CNN.

Assume for a moment that CNN's top decision makers are probably not all functional idiots. The question then arises as to just what their real justification is for keeping him on in his fictitious role as commentator, and de facto role as in-house Trump propagandist, particularly in a time when Trump's credibility as a presidential candidate is diminishing on a daily basis.

Duplicity, what duplicity? Hey, if Hannity can get away with being a blatant Trump campaign adjunct, then why not this guy? He should lose that silly hide-me hood and display a "Lock Her Up!" sign for the cameras! At least he would come across as being "sincere".

Even tRump's kids are planning their new hotel ventures without the toxic tRump name.

If they try to encourage us to "forget" about this, and about their standing with Trump - I think we need to stand up and keep reminding everybody about it.

I started a thread about it recently.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/12512495192

NOT trying just to kick my thread, but I AM trying to build a data base. I'd like to assemble a list of these names. People who endorsed and then backed away, AND THEN caved back in. People who remained steadfast for him. Inside AND outside of politics. There has to be a price to pay for doing so.

It's not because they refused to stand with Hillary, or Gary Johnson, or Bernie, or Jill Stein, or whoever. It's about WHO STOOD WITH TRUMP. There needs to be punishment. There needs to be a price to pay for this. There needs to be accountability.

There should be CONSEQUENCES for having stood with Donald Trump.

No, I take that back.

There MUST be CONSEQUENCES for having stood with Donald Trump.

I'm serious. I'm keeping track. I'm going to keep this thread active whenever it's possible and relevant to do so. Which will probably be all the time - because these people refuse to go away, OR to open their eyes and turn their backs on this shit. They are unrepentant and shrewd and calculating.

They're hoping we forget.

They're hoping YOU forget.

So let's be rock-solid sure we DON'T!!!

...could very well get worse, at least for a time. tRump is already crying foul and screaming electoral thievery even before election day. We still have much ahead of us.

But, when we look back and examine just how we got to this precipice, we MUST make sure we hold the appropriate parties responsible. Already agents and entities have begun to scramble to cover their asses. Case-in-point: CNN has already lamented that perhaps they gave tRump too much fee airtime by covering his Nuremberg rallies in nauseating detail. Already CNN has started to spout their "but we were good Germans" shtick. Already trying to backtrack from their responsibility for helping to create this monster.

These days I'd only say it was the Clinton News Network because of the amount of time they spend obsessing on how horrible she is and how many "scandals" she's supposedly drowning in.
