Bob Dylan wins Nobel prize in literature 2016 – live

Bob Dylan “for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition”.

I have always told people who put Dylan down that I wish that they were sophisticated enough to appreciate him too.

His music has had a profound impact on my life. He refused to perform on Ed Sullivan when the producers asked him to switch the song he was going to sing. He performed at the march in DC with Dr. King, such a long history.
