Poll: Clinton regains 5-point lead nationally

Source: The Hill

Hillary Clinton is bouncing back after a week of bad polling news, upping her lead over Donald Trump to 5 points, according to a new national poll released Tuesday morning.

Clinton has 50 percent support among likely voters, while Trump is at 45 percent, the NBC News poll found.
In the same poll last week, Clinton led Trump 48 to 44 percent.

The Democratic presidential nominee maintains her 5-point lead when third-party candidates are added in. Clinton has 45 percent in that scenario, while Trump has 40 percent, Libertarian Gary Johnson has 10 percent and Jill Stein of the Green Party has 4 percent.

ON EDIT:

NBC has also released another poll, a traditional one. And Hillary's 6 points ahead, among likely voters, in a 4 way match-up!

Trump is a disgrace to humanity and should be losing by a much larger margin.

Conservatives who are voting for this circus clown out of party loyalty should be ashamed of themselves. They're really no better than the Deplorables themselves.

I don't believe 4 way numbers I just don't think they will materialize. People are too tribal in the end.

Party platform.
It is fucking insane.

No public education,
No social Security, Medicare, or Medicare.
No environmental regulation.
No Post office.
So on and so forth.
Talk about a third world nation.
That is their game.

I mean - she can wipe the floor with him, no problem. I believe that Hillary will do an amazing job at the debates. What I don't know is how the coverage will go, what kind of softball questions will come out and if it will be more of a reality show than a serious debate.

wasnt really a surge at all. Sure, he gained a little more support from Republican voters, but the real story was Clinton's losing support after her weekend from hell. Those supporters who waffled are slowly coming back.

I expect to see several polls showing her at +50% after she crushes Donald in the first debate.

It is restoring my faith in America. I was feeling sick the last two weeks when the race was tightening. What would our country become with T-Rump at the helm?

If Clinton does well at the debates, it's game, set, match.

I have to be honest with you all, I was terrified from looking at the polls a week ago, watching Clinton's chances of winning plummeting without any real reason. I mean, over the past 2 months, we've seen Donald insult a Gold Star family, make subtle threats against Hillary, and going on numerous racist rants. Yet he is still close in the polls. How can this be? Are Americans really that stupid enough to elect that buffoon? Cripes.
