Trump Advisor: Hillary and Obama Want ‘Ethnic Cleansing’ of ‘White Working People’
Source: Mediaite
An economic and trade advisor to Donald Trump argued in a column earlier this year that President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were conspiring to carry out an ethnic genocide of Americas white blue-collar workers.
Curtis Ellis is the Executive Director of the American Jobs Alliance, a nonprofit opposed to the Trans-Pacific Partnership. In the run-up to Trumps major economic speech in early August, Ellis began making appearances on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News on behalf of the Trump campaign, billed in each segment as an advisor to Trump. MSNBCs Joy Reid also reported that Ellis helped write Trumps speech.
Ellis exact role in the Trump campaign is unclear; he was not on the list of nine economic advisors released earlier this month and Trump press secretary Hope Hicks ignored multiple requests for clarification of whether he advised Trump officially or unofficially. Ellis responded to Mediaites original request for comment by saying he would get back quickly with an answer. He did not, and failed to respond to a later request for clarification.

Ellis fear of white genocide earned him the supportive ear of Breitbarts Steve Bannon, now the campaign CEO of the Trump campaign. In a SiriusXM interview with Ellis, Bannon called the WND column stunning and so provocative.

It's full KKK for the Trump campaign. In the old days, Atwater and his guys would at least try to hide the white supremacist sentiment under the thinnest of veils, but no more.

(23,960 posts)the media have been and are prone to promoting false equivalency. even as the Republican positions have become increasingly outlandish and extreme over the years, the media still treated them as potential equals with whatever opposed them, or at least reflective of normal mainstream ideologies. now that they've come all the way around to straight-up racism and xenophobia, mass media is dipping its toe into normalizing them because that's how they've been operating for decades.
the best thing that can happen for the country now is for tRump to lose by double digits in November.
