Federal judges find NC legislative districts unconstitutional

Source: The Charlotte Observer

The judges concluded that “race was the predominant factor motivating the drawing of all challenged districts,” the ruling says.

The ruling issued Thursday follows a decision last winter that found that two of the state’s congressional districts were racial gerrymanders. The legislature had to redraw all 13 districts to comply with the court order, and congressional primaries were delayed.

If not for the courts, these bastards, and most likely Democrats as well, would totally manipulate elections so that the peoples' voice wouldn't mean squat.

this country.

On extremely rare occasions do I have a sense of relief from anyone's death, but I will make an exception in Antonin's case. The GOP has done itself no favors by fucking with the supreme robes as long as they have. I wonder when the penny will drop.
