Lezlee Westine, a former aide to President George W. Bush, will support Hillary Clinton for president.

Westine, who served as the Bush administration's White House director of public liaison and deputy assistant to the president, is one of several Republican figures to publicly announce their support for Clinton in recent weeks.

Yes, it's nice that even an official in the George W. Bush administration see what an ultimate buffoon Trump is and endorses Hillary Clinton...

Nothing mixed about saying Hillary has what it takes and Trump doesn't. He didn't say "lesser of two evils" or any other back handed compliment.

I think it's a big deal for a former president of the opposing party to speak out like this. Can you explain what your problem is with this?

2. This is the first time I can recall members of one party

publicly denouncing their candidate and openly endorsing the other party's candidate. The drip, xrip, drip is becoming a torrent. Thy are crossing party lines in droves.

I'll be supporting her too even though I am anti-establishment and about as far away politically from these establishment rethugs as is possible with the exception that I am farther away from Rump.
