BREAKING: DELL BECOMES 21ST COMPANY TO DROP ALEC | Computer technology giant Dell has decided to drop its membership in the American Legislative Exchange Council, a right-wing corporate front group behind the spread of voter suppression laws and Stand You Ground legislation. According to a letter from Dells Principal Social Strategist obtained by ThinkProgress, the company has decided not to renew its membership. Dell is the 21st group to end its relationship with ALEC, but some large corporations remain in the fold, including State Farm and AT&T.

(67,111 posts)as a front that corps are leaving to appease the masses that might follow this that ALEC is going away. Yet, like a cancer, it will continue to spread out of sight, out of mind.

Furthermore if a Company; on the list which has now dropped ALEC takes up and/or supports a new morphed group with the same mission, that company's grace time is over and it will be forever marked.
