Ex-Clinton staffer files sealed documents on immunity issue

Source: AP

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The ex-staffer who set up Hillary Clinton's home email server has filed documents under seal in response to a judge's directive that he reveal his immunity arrangement with the Justice Department.
Bryan Pagliano submitted a motion in federal court on Tuesday to file a document under seal. The motion was hidden from public view, and two exhibits were also sealed.

His lawyer, Mark MacDougall, did not immediately return a phone message seeking comment.
Pagliano last week said he would not testify in an upcoming deposition sought by conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch, which has sued for information about Clinton's email server.
In response, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan gave Pagliano until Tuesday evening to file with the court a copy of his immunity agreement.

Doesn't matter who was making the decisions. He is hosed either by jail time or paying a lawyer for 4 years. Poor guy

is not only walking away free, but will probably be rewarded for his sacrifice. It's the lesser people who get the punishment, not the one who ordered it.

I grow to hate her more every day.

We as Democrats are making a huge mistake in hitching our wagon to this tragically flawed candidate.

"I don't belong to any organized political party," Will Rogers famously quipped. "I'm a Democrat."

Now the other aides to Hillary don't know what his immunity arrangement with the Justice Department includes.

For all we know the guy got paid off by someone to provide copies of her emails over details on trade deals which would not surprise me in the least.
