WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama presented Omaha Police Officer Coral Walker with the Medal of Valor on Monday for bravery that ended a deadly shooting spree.
Two people were killed and two others were critically wounded in the June 15, 2013, shootings.
A couple of witnesses flagged down Walker and pointed out the gunman, Jorge Abraham Zarazua-Rubio, 25.
Walker ordered Zarazua-Rubio to drop his gun, but instead he opened fire on Walker, with two of his shots striking Walker’s cruiser. Walker returned fire, shooting more than 10 times and killing the man, who was in the country illegally.

Obama hates cops. And white people... 
I'd rather they not have to shoot anyone, but there is a time and a place for a police officer to shoot someone. This was one of them.
Shooting someone who is shooting at people is appropriate.
Shooting someone because they "look like a criminal", is only appropriate in the dreams of some Trump supporters and other white supremacists at Free Republic. Freepers still think Obama is coming to get their guns and then give amnesty to rapists and murderers and terrorists.
