Updated 1:47 am, Wednesday, April 27, 2016

Magistrate Sharon Ovington plans to meet with attorneys Wednesday morning in a status conference. A prosecutor told her earlier this month that both sides were discussing "resolution of this matter."

A trial is scheduled for May 31 for 22-year-old Thomas DiMassimo on a charge of illegally entering a restricted area. DiMassimo was arrested March 12 at a Dayton-area rally for the Republican presidential candidate.

This is the stuff you see happening in 3rd world countries & we shouldnt tolerate it here.
