The Latest on a shooting outside of a high school prom in northern Wisconsin (all times local):

A man who says he was friends with an 18-year-old who opened fire outside a high school prom in northern Wisconsin says the gunman was a former student who still helped out at the school.
Authorities say Jakob E. Wagner wounded two prom-goers as they left the dance late Saturday at Antigo High School, about 150 miles north of Milwaukee. An officer returned fire, fatally wounding Wagner.
Eighteen-year-old Dylan Dewey of Antigo tells The Associated Press that he and Wagner graduated from Antigo High last year and that Wagner continued to help out at the school in one of the art classes. He also says Wagner had been dating a girl at the school but that she had broken up with him last month.
