NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) Hillary Clinton handily won the New York Democratic presidential primary Tuesday night.
With 55 percent of the precincts reporting, Clinton had 59 percent to 41 percent for rival Bernie Sanders.
CBS News polling showed Clinton won 57 percent with women voters to 43 percent for Sanders, 70 percent with older voters compared with 30 percent for Sanders, and 71 of black voters compared with 27 percent for Sanders.
Eighty-nine percent of exit poll respondents said Clinton had the right experience, compared with only 11 percent for Sanders.

Haters will love this: Fact Checkers have named Hillary the most honest candidate of both parties!
Woo, hoo. I believe it. Have been watching since the 90s how the haters have smeared Hillary from day one.
Keep on spreading those faux scandals, haters. It won't do you any good.

(17,301 posts)Hillary merely got more delegates. She did NOT win ALL the delegates. The corporate media likes to pretend there is a winner but in reality the other candidate can get very close to the same number of delegates.
So, No Hillary did NOT win nor did Bernie.

Did it occur to you that the DUer was just expressing satisfaction?

(17,301 posts)There is a whole CBS article up there.
I guess haters got to hate something.
muriel_volestrangler
(101,348 posts)If it was the CBS article you were referring to, then you should have replied to that. But that wasn't added until 11:24pm, Eastern time, and you replied at 10:51pm. So don't try to blame it on an article added later to the OP.
Who are you calling a 'hater'?
fasttense
(17,301 posts)Makes me think you are Not who you claim to be.
Keep the hate. It seems to be your strongest emotion.
muriel_volestrangler
(101,348 posts)What are you talking about? You objected to someone saying 'yes!' when Hillary won the New York primary, and you suddenly accuse me of 'vitriol' and 'hate', and accuse me of not being who I claim to be.
What do you even think I am claiming to be? Let's get your accusations straight. My "in depth detail of posting events" consist of looking at this thread. Other people in the thread had already said "why isn't there a link in the OP", before it was added. All you have to do to get 'in depth detail' is look at the OP, and when it says it was edited. Then click on 'thread info', and you can see the original version, and what was added in the edit.
Maybe you've never been very interested in DU, and you don't understand about edits?

muriel_volestrangler
(101,348 posts)The hate is coming entirely from you. You are the one over-reacting. You've also tried to mislead people about what you were replying to.
You could have just said "oops, I didn't mean to reply to cloud75", which would have been believable. All I said was you read too much into a word.

On the flip side, in a meeting with unappealing looking, bad habits Bernard Sanders, was clearly disinterested and thinly briefed on foreign issues.
LS_Editor
(893 posts)You say she has far more experience than any of her competitors. That does nothing to counter my argument. Neither does the claim she has a deeper network of advisers. Look at the results of her foreign policy decisions.
Even more amusing, having completely failed to address my argument, you jump to attacking Bernie Sanders.
ImaPolitico
(150 posts)Hillary Clinton more than any other candidate running for office.
What about HER foreign policy experience? Can you explain, please. Her experience is rather good. Not that bad as the haters and media churn out those untruths would make it to be.
I get it. Studying politics for many years and lived through the 90s, the Clintons were made a mockery by the Republican party and still are doing it. Their lies, their faux scandals, their books written about them, all lies to make Hillary look bad. Have to hand it to the R party, they are good at cheating to get ahead.
Of course she/Hillary voted for the Iraq war along with many other politicians. Why? The Bush Administration lied upon lie to make their story look good. Persuasion works. What do people want -- blood! Yes, I guess so. Hillary has apologized many, many times over.
The crux is, and it goes way back to Condi Rice and how she lied under oath to Congress. Yes, Under oath, Miss Rice lied through her teeth. She , Bush and Cheney should be locked up in prison for that.
Hillary, and I really hope so, will make a good president! I know it is not over yet, but the numbers are adding up in her favor.
Bernard isn't too happy. What is his next step? Cheat his way to win the election by persuading delegates to switch sides. Am putting Bernard in the same category with Trump. They both did not want to fight for their country during the Viet Nam war. One registered as a *conscientious objector* (Bernard) plus got his girlfriend pregnant, and has an illigitmate son; the other is a draft dodger many times over And these two want to run our country!
Okay, this comment got a little bit too long.
