Flow of Milwaukee teens to troubled Lincoln Hills continues

"Milwaukee County teens are still being sentenced to a troubled Northwoods youth prison as roughly the same rate as before allegations of assault, abuse and intimidation became public, a judge said Monday."

If you've been following this you'd be up in arms like so many of US. I was born and raised in Milwaukee during Socialist Mayor Frank Zeidler's administration (3rd Milwaukee Socialist Mayor) before the Democratic and Republican parties played the race card to oust him in 1960.

It was both the most physically racially segregated city in the Midwest (still is) and a good place to live then imo.

A far cry from everything associated with Lincoln Hills/Copper Lake-but prisons generate profits and so much more today-don't they?

Many of these youths shouldn't be incarcerated as the entire system has failed except to make a profit for some.
