Gov. Scott requests review of 3 justices' actions

Source: Orlando Sentinel.

TALLAHASSEE — Three veteran Florida Supreme Court justices could possibly face a criminal investigation and legal action over the handling of their campaigns to remain on the bench.

Gov. Rick Scott, a Republican who has been critical of some of the court's past rulings, on Tuesday asked a state law-enforcement agency to decide whether to investigate the justices over their use of state employees to help finish election-related paperwork.

Meanwhile, a conservative legal group is raising questions about whether the justices may be violating ethics rules because they are raising money and urging voters to keep them on the bench.

"No man is above the law, particularly those charged with enforcing the law," said Shannon Gosseling, executive director of the Southeastern Legal Foundation.

This involves three Dem judges on the court. I read in an earlier article that if he succeeds in removing them, he can appoint three Republican judges.

Oh yeah, I have no doubt they spent top dollar manufacturing the case and the usual media shills ready to flip the "outrage" switch...

The guy with no knowledge of fonts who claimed that the documents couldn't have been typed in the early 1970s was associated with them. Bunch of racist a-holes, as I recall. Part of the network of conservative legal foundations associated with the Heritage Foundation and ALEC.

Lewis, Quince and Pariente. In other words, the three most sane justices on the court that just so happened to be appointed by Democrats.

Can Gov. McFraudy slink back to the House of the Undying where he belongs?

If they are not impeached they could demand this go all the way to the Supreme court and be their own judges in that trial... I know Federal Supreme Court Justices don't have to recuse themselves EVER if they don't wish to...
