I mean, it's not like she was the First Lady of the state from 1979-81, and then again from 1983-92. Not to mention a partner at the Rose Law Firm. She was a "favorite son (daughter?)" candidate for Democrats here.
Now, whether she could carry Arkansas in the general election is a whole other question.
