Trump won't disavow support from KKK, David Duke

Source: CNN

Donald Trump wouldn't disavow former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke's support for his presidential bid, saying Sunday that he knows nothing about the white supremacist leader.

"Just so you understand, I don't know anything about David Duke, OK?" Trump told CNN's Jake Tapper on "State of the Union."

Trump was pressed three times on whether he'd distance himself from the Ku Klux Klan -- but never mentioned the group in his answers.

"I don't know anything about what you're even talking about with white supremacy or white supremacists," he said. "So I don't know. I don't know -- did he endorse me, or what's going on? Because I know nothing about David Duke; I know nothing about white supremacists.". . .

That kind of ignorance alone should disqualify him for the presidency. Knows nothing about David Duke, white supremacists or the Ku Klux Klan? Then he knows nothing of American history.

My first presidential vote was for George McGovern, an honorable, smart, decent man who fought nobly for our country and its (then) values. And he also knew something about American history, unlike the circus clowns running to be tools of the Koch brothers and Citizens United - I mean, to be president.

This guy is getting more toxic than plutonium. Did anyone post about his telling Christie to go home after his endorsement?

The Donald claims to be one of the smartest people alive. He reminds all of us on a daily basis about how smart he is. He went to Wharton you know. Yet he claims to know nothing about the endorsement by racist moron David Duke. It must be " selective retention". What a schmuck.

And he said that with a straight face? Give me a freaking break!

Either Trump has been living on the Moon for the past 40 years
or he's lying his ass off. Sadly, this will only endear him
with the white supremacists among his supporters.

Not too far from the truth...

Donald Trump Wins Ku Klux Klan Presidential Nomination

DIXIE (The Nil Admirari) - Earlier today, Ku Klux Klan (KKK) chapters in the South confirmed Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump had unanimously won the contest to be the KKK presidential nominee. Trump, who was also given the newly-created KKK title "Grand Imperial Giant Cyclops Wizard," announced he hoped to wrap up the GOP presidential nomination by the end of March.

+

The KKK election official continued, "The Ku Klux Klan believes Donald Trump will make America great again, and the KKK strongly believes that greatness lasted from 1861 to 1865 when the South became the Confederate States of America to defend slavery."

9. Disavowed in 2000 and Friday but pretends ignorance Sunday? He's a liar and a stupid one

In 2000, Trump condemned David Duke

Now TheRump has tweeted he disavowed Duke Friday. He's a doofus with selective memory.

Disavows Friday in a press conference, enough to know who he is and what he stands for, but won't disavow on national TV on Sunday.

What changed? Did TheRump get scared of losing his base over the weekend?

Let's not forget the time he said the U.S. should re-invade Iraq to grab the oil.

15. I heard Trump "disavow" the David Duke endorsement in an interview

a couple of days ago, can't remember who was interviewing him, but I did hear it, so Trump can come back to say he did disavow him already. But that won't stop a lot of reporters from asking again. And again. And again.
