The L word -- liar -- used repeatedly in GOP debate

Source: The Greenville News

Republican presidential candidates Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz attacked Donald Trump over his business record, past less conservative positions and ability to deliver on his promises during Saturday's nationally televised debate in the Peace Center in downtown Greenville.

Bush was particularly aggressive in criticizing Trump, complaining at one point that he is tired of Trump criticizing his family and saying Trump is not suited to be commander in chief.

Trump frequently interrupted or talked over his critics, but was booed several times by the audience.

After an attack from Cruz, a senator from Texas, Trump told him, "You are the single biggest liar. You probably are worse than Jeb Bush," then recounted what he called dirty tricks by Cruz's campaign.

Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see very much goodwill at DU between partisans of our candidates.

"Anybody up here’s going to be better than what’s going to come from the" Democratic Party, Carson said. Republicans "cannot afford to lose this election" and candidates must stop "tearing each other down," he said."

Carson however, is wrong. No, Mr. Carson, let these men speak truth and call each other liars.
