A British ex-pat and an American tourist have been brutally murdered on separate Caribbean beaches in less than a week.

A man armed with a cutlass hacked each woman to death, it has been reported, and now police have warned tourists not to wander onto deserted beaches.

Rose Wyatt, a former care worker from Berkshire, was brutally murdered as she walked her dog on the island of Dominica on January 17.

Just seven days later, American tourist Dr Jessica Colker, 39, was raped and murdered as she went for a walk along the shoreline on Grenada.

9 of10 times,they murder other men. 1 of 10 times they murder women.

sometimes women murder men, but that is not often. I have no idea of the women on women murder rates, but I would suspect they generally use men as acat'spaw to murder rival women.

David Benjamin, 26, has been remanded in custody charged with murdering Jessica, who died of extensive skull fracture and asphyxia according to a post mortem report.
