Millionaire businessman not guilty of raping teenager after he accidentally penetrated her

Source: News Corp Australia

A MILLIONAIRE businessman has been found not guilty of rape after claiming he accidentally penetrated her when he tripped and fell.

Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, was initially accused of forcing himself on the 18-year-old as she slept on a couch at his London flat after a night of drinking.

The Saudi property developer said he had already had sex with the young woman’s 24-year-old friend and it was possible his penis may have been poking out of his underwear when he tripped.

The Mirror reported the group had met at an exclusive West End club last year where he entertained them before offering them a lift home.

What's more surprising, that he actually used this as a defense or that he was acquitted after using this as a defense?

... but what you say does not surprise me. Weak, snivelling cowards are always quick to demonize women, and Republican politicians exploit that ignorant prejudice because they are carved out of the same turd.

I am reminded of the the disgusting Gamergate stories of a year ago or so. Pitiful, overweight worms who smell like feet and live in their mothers' basements playing video games of misogynistic aggression because they haven't the social skills to even speak to a woman. I'd pity them if they weren't such assholes.

... if you examine the obvious sequence of events:

1. Pretty young girl passes out on couch after being plied with liquor.

2. Her panties just naturally fall to her ankles.

3. Solicitous host tries to cover her, but...

4. BAD blanket rubs him the wrong way, resulting in unseemly tumescence.

5. Naughty monkey is released in attempt to spank naughty monkey

5. BAD blanket trips solicitous host

6. Naughty monkey falls into unsuspecting pretty young girl again and again and again, etc.

See?!!? Perfectly reasonable mistake.

His actual claim is that he never penetrated her at all. He says that she fell asleep on his couch while he was having sex with her friend in another room. He later walked out to offer her a taxi ride home when he tripped and fell on her. His claim is that she drunkenly wanted to have sex with him, he rejected her, and she pulled his hand to her crotch. He claimed the semen traces were from his hand, and were the result of the sex he'd had with her friend just before that.

It still sounds like a bogus story (he walked out to offer her a taxi ride while he was still half naked and covered in semen?) but the whole "tripped and fell in" thing was not his actual defense.

In order to transfer enough DNA to her to be detectable, his hands would have needed to be sticky with wet semen. He also claims that he was essentially naked when he "fell onto" this sleeping 18 year old girl who he "didn't want to have sex with" when he wanted to call her a cab.

First, who has sex with a stranger and then IMMEDIATELY (before the semen dries) decides to go wake up the strangers friend in another room to "call them a cab"? Second, who does that naked? Third, who does so with semen all over their body and then doesn't even wash their hands first?

And that's before even GETTING INTO the other glaring problem with this story. The guy, according to his story, JUST finished having sex with the girls friend, which is why he was still covered in wet semen. The young woman, finding the guy on top of her, freaked out, pushed him off, tried to wake her friend, and when she couldn't do so fled the house. Think about that for a second. By his own story, he had JUST finished having sex with the friend, and yet this young woman could not wake the friend up. That means the friend that he ADMITTED having sex with was either drugged or was so drunk that she passed out. Either way, she was too far gone to consent. His own story basically admits to rape, just not with THIS woman.

The guy is a creep and I'm 100% sure he committed a rape that night. I simply called out the "He fell in" headline because it's fictional and basically turns a serious assault into a humorous headline.

The most surprising part is that he was not convicted. The fact that he tried to use that defense is not that surprising. It is extremely surprising that the defense worked. Who could have fallen for such a defense? Seriously, this guy was just walking around with his "penis...poking out of his underwear" and then he tripped and his penis landed in the girls Vagina. How in the world could that happen?

The only thing I can think happened is that the jury felt the girl brought the assault onto herself because she had been drinking. Other than that I assume they think the girl, at first, had consensual sex with the business man and then decided to claim he had raped her in an attempt to get money from him, or to punish him for not being nicer to her after they had sex.
