The Latest: Power back for most Oregon, Washington customers

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) The latest on heavy rains in the Pacific Northwest (all times local):
6:30 p.m.
Officials with Puget Sound Energy say power was restored to more than 60,000 homes and businesses in western Washington on Wednesday. Crews are still working to restore power to about 15,000 customers in the area.
Portland General Electric says they've restored power to about 55,000 customers since the first wave of the storm Monday morning. Officials say power to the remaining 1200 customers will be restored this evening.
