So it really means 13.6 years actually being in prison.

9. Light sentence considering the magnitude of the crime

There is never an excuse for Fogle's particular brand of crime, but it is the level of pre-meditated glee with which he went on his "adventures" that concerns me. This was sport to him. I'm not a "medical professional" but I do not believe that once you get into his headspace you can actually be "cured." I think you pretty much need to be locked away, permanently.

I just love it when the accused places the blame on someone else for their problems. In this case, he blamed Subway.

He said that the loss of all that weight caused him to develop his "condition."

I happened to watch the gal who helped bring him to justice when she was on the Dr. Phil show. I rarely watch Dr. Phil, but I did on the two days she was on. I have no words that adequately describe the disgust I felt. I cannot even repeat much of what I heard on the taped conversations. He is beyond sick to the point of F*KING EVIL!

Jared Fogle's attorneys...had a sexual behavior expert testify that Fogle had compulsive eating disorder -- but...once he lost the pounds he developed compulsive hypersexuality disorder...
