Former President Bill Clinton is expected to appear at the University of Daytons River Campus today for a luncheon address and its possible there could be traffic issues around the venue on Patterson Blvd.
Clinton is the keynote speaker for the Dayton Peace Accords at 20 Conference luncheon and was one of the key players in helping bring the end to the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which cost 100,000 lives and drove two million people from their homes.
The events come on the 20th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords, which were finalized Nov. 21, 1995 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Bases Hope Hotel.
