Scott Walker: Mitch McConnell Is Part Of The Problem In Washington
Source: TPM
Gov. Scott Walker blamed Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and other members of his own party's establishment for inaction in Congress and for not confronting President Obama more vigorously.
In a phone appearance on Glenn Becks radio show Monday, the host asked Walker whether members of the establishment, like Mitch McConnell are part of the problem in Washington.
Yes, I hear it all the time, and I share that sentiment, the Wisconsin governor said. We were told if Republicans got the majority in the United States Senate, there would be a bill on the presidents desk to repeal Obamacare. It is August. Where is that bill? Where was that vote?
The remarks from Walker, who has characterized himself as the aggressively normal candidate in the 2016 race, were strong enough for Beck to remark that he just made news.
