Donald Trump says saving U.S. auto jobs could mean moving them from Michigan

Source: Detroit News

He said U.S. automakers could shift production away from Michigan to communities where autoworkers would make less. “You can go to different parts of the United States and then ultimately you’d do full-circle — you’ll come back to Michigan because those guys are going to want their jobs back even if it is less,” Trump said. “We can do the rotation in the United States — it doesn’t have to be in Mexico.”

He said that after Michigan “loses a couple of plants — all of sudden you’ll make good deals in your own area.”

RepubliCon philosophy in a nutshell. It's all about cheap labor for our overlords of capitalism.

No abortions means more laborers = cheap labor

Offshore jobs = cheap labor

Seasonal immigrant farm workers with no path to citizenship = cheap labor

Union busting = cheap labor

No minimum wage = cheap labor

Right to work state = cheap labor

The core values of RepubliConics always lead to cheap labor because all benefits of productivity must flow to the overlords.

So now tRump has admitted two very important points...that politicians are bought and paid for and that RepubliCons exist to deliver cheap labor to their well-heeled benefactors.

Are US voters listening?

They cannot attack him on the KKK/Nazi/Jingo/Misogynist side -- he has it cornered. The rest may be forced to move left to finally capture the non-tea-party vote. Perhaps room for Huntsman to enter and win!

What a jackass Trump is. Take their jobs away and then come back at a much lower wage. That isn't progress Mr. Oligarch.

Boil it down, or peel the layers back. That's what you get to every time a conservative prescribes a fix for "the economy" and provide fertile ground for "job creators".

He said that after Michigan “loses a couple of plants — all of sudden you’ll make good deals in your own area.”

Yep. The existence of right-to-work states attracts manufacturing from union states which, in too many cases, the end up electing republican politicians who promise to bring back manufacturing and pass RTW laws thus completing the "Trump cycle". Labor loses.
