Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Thursday said it was unlikely comprehensive immigration reform could move through the current Congress, saying U.S. President Barack Obama’s executive actions thwarted any bipartisan overhaul.

McConnell said that Obama’s immigration changes made it “impossible” for this Congress to act but that lawmakers could act in the next Congress under a different president.

"Obama this" "I blame Obama because we're not getting any work done" "Obama's making us look bad"

Quite simply, this is what you get when you have rubberstampers looking for someone's agenda to rubberstamp into law, but they don't want to rubberstamp THIS guy's agenda.

We need to remember this going into 2016, not just for the White House, but for the Senate and the House as well.

four years ago a bipartisan bill was sent to your collective desks-----------------and guess what you both tabled the idea----------you know, you, Turtle, filibustered and did nothing, and the drunk orange guy, Boehner, that was confronted in a breakfast restaurant said that he was going to do something------------------he LIED also and you and him and your collective do nothing caucus have continued to LIE also-----------------so turtle remarks doesn't wash with this explanation from your side currently------------talk about flip/flop.
And just think instead of taking another vacation (another 30+ days off making $225,000 and year) you could be debating immigration reform and earning your taxpayer funded paycheck keep

"McConnell said that Obama’s immigration changes made it “impossible” for this Congress to act but that lawmakers could act in the next Congress under a different president. "

"I will light you up", you uppity President

Along with racism, amnesia is also a Republican's best friend - forgetting that the Senate has passed a comprehensive immigration reform law that the Insane House of the Tea People refuses to vote on or bring to Conference has to be pathological-grade amnesia.

If they passed something, they'll at least have a prayer with the Hispanic vote. By refusing to even try means "Adios madre-chingados"

The entire reason for their party to exist is Obama hatred. They have no plans, no ideas, no hopes, no dreams, only Obama hate. They're a pathetic bunch of losers.

So nothing has changed. If it was up to McConnell he'd begin the deportations immediately.
